We at ID Guards strive to meet and exceed your expectations. This entails making sure that our customers get everything they need, even during the rare chance that they may not be completely satisfied with our services.

It's this goal that has prompted us to implement our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for all of our services. Whether you've paid for a month of service or a year of service, every one of our plans is covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

Your membership with ID Guards will always remain active until you call to cancel. We believe so deeply in keeping our customers' privacy that we will not make any changes to their accounts - including cancellation - until we have spoken to and verified the desire to cancel with them.

How does the ID Guards 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Work?

The choice is yours to make and you can change your mind at any time - but it must be made at the time of enrollment. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the time period that you've selected to pay for (either the first year or the first month) and will continue to be charged at the same interval (either yearly or monthly) until you call to cancel.

If you call to cancel your ID Guards membership before the end of your free trial, your credit card will not be charged. If by some mistake you find a charge on your Credit Card from ID Guards after calling to cancel, we will refund the full amount of the charge.

If you call to cancel your membership, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the amount of unused membership that was charged to your credit card.

If you signed up to prepay for more than one month of ID Guards Identity Theft and Privacy Risk Management services and decide to call and cancel your membership, you can receive a complete refund only if you call within the first 30 days of ordering your service.
